Cancellation & Refund Policy

Club 13 Pickleball · Denton, Texas

Booking anything with Club 13 Pickleball — a court, a lesson, a league, a membership — means you agree to these terms. Cancel early and we’ll take care of you. Cancel late and the court or the coach sat empty.

Memberships

  • Membership cancellations must be made in person at the front desk or by phone at (940) 239-8860 — we do not accept them by email, website form, text or social media. Give 30 days' notice before your next billing date.
  • Your membership stays active through the end of that billing cycle. No prorated refunds.
  • Registration and enrollment fees are non-refundable.
  • Cancelling ends your rate lock. If you rejoin later, you pay the rate in effect at that time.

Need a break instead? Put it on hold

  • Freeze your membership up to 3 months per calendar year: $20 per month, or $60 for all three.
  • A hold keeps your locked rate and avoids paying a new registration fee when you come back.

Court reservations & guest fees

  • More than 24 hours' notice: full account credit, or a refund minus the processing fee.
  • Less than 24 hours: 50% credit, or 50% refund minus the processing fee.
  • Less than 2 hours, or a no-show: no refund or credit.
  • Guest fees follow the same schedule.

Open play

  • Cancel any time before the session starts for account credit, or a refund minus the processing fee.
  • No-show: no refund or credit.

Clinics, drills & camps

  • More than 24 hours' notice: full credit, or a refund minus the processing fee.
  • Less than 24 hours: 50% credit or 50% refund minus the processing fee.
  • Less than 2 hours, or a no-show: no refund or credit.
  • Multi-day camps: full credit more than 7 days before the start date, 50% inside 7 days, none once camp begins.

Private lessons

  • Cancel at least 24 hours ahead. Payment is processed the day before the lesson.
  • Less than 24 hours, or a no-show: no refund. Your coach's time was held for you.
  • A lesson your coach cancels is rescheduled or refunded in full.

Leagues & tournaments

  • Leagues: full credit or refund minus the processing fee before the league starts. Nothing after it starts, including missed weeks.
  • Tournaments: full credit or refund minus the processing fee more than 14 days out, 50% from 14 to 7 days, nothing inside 7 days once brackets are set.
  • If we cancel an event, you get a full refund.

Private, corporate & nonprofit events

  • Deposits hold your date and are non-refundable.
  • Reschedule once at no charge with at least 14 days' notice.
  • Cancel inside 14 days and the balance due for booked courts and staff still applies.

Refunds & account credit

  • Refunds to your original payment method may carry a non-refundable processing fee of up to 3%, which covers what the card company charged us at purchase.
  • Account credit carries no fee and can be used on anything the club sells. It's the better option in almost every case.
  • Refunds are issued to the person and payment method that paid. Please allow 5 to 10 business days.

General terms

  • Cancel court, clinic and lesson bookings in CourtReserve, in person, or by phone at (940) 239-8860. Emails, website messages, texts and voicemails to a coach do not count as a cancellation.
  • If the club closes or cancels for weather, maintenance or any other reason, you get a full refund or credit, your choice.
  • Club 13 Pickleball may cancel or modify bookings when circumstances require it.
  • Management makes the final call on all disputes. Exceptions for documented extenuating circumstances (injury, illness, deployment, relocation) are considered case by case.
